• You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Subscriptions and billing

PRO features may require a paid subscription. Purchases through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms. Web subscriptions are subject to the billing terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account or web account settings.

Intellectual property

Bet Journal, its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal bet tracking.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free analytics, or specific betting outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bet Journal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including wagering losses.

Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment, not income. Set limits, track your results honestly, and seek help if gambling stops being fun. If you need support, contact organizations in your region that specialize in problem gambling.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Bet Journal at any time.
